Makes it difficult to respect decisions about court time etc when it leads to preferential treatment for that player. All coaches have favourites but this situation makes it even more difficult.

If the player is over the age of consent, but still under 18 the coach would be in a bit of trouble. As the coach is deemed to be in a position of power it could be construed as statutory rape.

Is the relationship M-F, F-M, M-M or F-F?
