Joey's comments on Cadee
..bruton here then maybe, depending on who's going, staying, starting etc

Do him and Joey not get along?
Why did he move away from Joey?

He wont be here one of the reasons he came to the 6ers in the first place was to get away from Joey.

Would be fascinated to see his player points rating next season as I'm sure there will be just as many saying he is too good to be THAT low as people saying he is too high

Cadee is right in the middle between starting level PG and back up PG and really needs that extra responsibility on a consistent basis to develop his skills more and he's never going to get that behind an import and boomer PG... He's shown both internationally and locally that when given the time, he can perform, it's just that he's not quite ready to take the full reins yet... Perhaps to work in tandem with another top level Aussie PG and be first off the bench and be able to spread the minutes with another top level SG could be just the ticket for him...

Should he return home I would be sad to see him leave. The Club needs to find him a local girlfriend to entice him to stay.

People only need to look at his performance from the World Uni Games to see the potential that he has and the level that he can play at. He was one of the focal points of that team, and without him on that roster there is no way that team would have made it through to the gold medal game - he carried them through both of their finals matches.
As much as I love having him on the Sixers roster and love what he brings to the team, in order for him to be one of the top Aussie PG's in this league, he needs to move to a team that won't have him saddled on the bench behind and import and a Boomer.
If he was to move somewhere that needs a PG and is willing to let him run the team (taking the good with the bad as he develops) then I don't see any reason why he couldn't become one of the better PG's in the NBL.

Ex-Mount Gambierite wondering what's happening down at the Mount. 2008 season results looked disappointing on paper. Anyone know what's planned for 2009?
