People are often called sheep, they follow the flock and go about their business blissfully unaware of what is happening around them until the sheep dog snaps at their heels and sparks them into action.
They accept change without question and believe their leader is always right, no matter what is presented to them.
Then there are those who we refer to as wolves, they sometimes work alone but usually form small packs and prey on the weak and vulnerable, or in our case the gullible sheep minded ones out there.
They will devour those sheep, one by one, until they are happy and content, at the same time always looking for something or someone else to prey on...
What we need is a Bison, the strong silent type who will stand up to the wolves, protect the herd and make an impact when and where needed.
These are the real leaders among us, those who will inspire others to lead, by example, not to fear the wolves hiding among us.
Which one are you BOB911?

It will be called the South East Melbourne Tiger run by old Melb Tigers crew, and coached by B Gorg. Everyone's happy then!!

These developments come as it emerged the Tigers’ new name of United could have been adopted by the second Melbourne team that failed in its bid to join the league in 2012. This working group included now Tigers’ chief executive Vince Crivelli.
That club would have been linked with NBA club Seattle Supersonics, had the Sonics, then out of the NBA since 2008, rejoined the world’s premier league, and funding for the Melbourne side from software conglomerate Microsoft come to fruition.
Neill’s bold plans involve a rapid expansion of the eight-team league, with a reformed club in Brisbane also a priority. The NBL is also keen to reintroduce a club in Tasmania.
