Three ball in girls basketball

All comes down to technique. We need to get them practicing quick, high release shots so they can get uncontested 3s off during games. Watch some of those USA girls shoot....... Shots gone within 1 second.

Also getting open shots may be a problem. Penetrate inside the key, draw defence, then kick outside for a 3. Easier said then done I know but just watch the European teams and USA team play. They do it soooooo well!
