Dirk Takes Less!
Every now and then you hear of sports people taking less than they are worth to stay with their franchise or team and possibly become a one team franchise player.
It is noble and shows sportsmanship, however he is not crying poor is he?
I like it, nonetheless, it is better and more refreshing to hear than reading about the ones that demand max salaries most of the time...

What would stop Mark Cuban having a handshake deal with Dirk that he'll give him a $10+million payout after he's retired? Would that breach salary cap in anyway, or is it just ethically wrong?
