What should you get for a US College Scholarship?
Athletic scholarships cover tuition, books, board and meals.
You have to pay flights there and back, scholarships are not allowed to cover that.
At Div II level, you may also have to pay for US health insurance.
Also, the above assumes "full ride" ... some scholarships may be partial as schools are not allowed enough scholarships to hand out a full ride to everyone person on their roster.
And you don't ask - you (your child) will be offered a scholarship if a school is interested ... you then decide if you wish to accept the offer.
