Blitz: Breakers Vs Crocs

In the United game, Gladness and Conklin dominated on the inside. Looking at the box score for this game, it was the same story. I like that combination- on my first look, this could be one of the best big man combos the NBL has seen in a long time.

Townsville up 14, playing great. NZ looking pretty flat & shots not falling but shot selection not flash either. Lots of turnovers where as the Crocs are looking after the ball.

Townsville scrap their way back to lead 39-38 at the half on the back of some gritty play from Conklin & Gladness. Tons of hustle in the paint from these two.

Now for a dunk comp, how bad is this going to be.

A lot to like about Townsville this season. Good length & mobil, athletic players. Gladness is really good & both ends, looking forward to the Crocs coming to Auckland.

With Fox sports acting more like a communist nation than a sports channel, the NBL rights should go to One
HD and ESPN Australia.Even though the NBL won't get much money from ESPN, at least they could screen Friday & Saturday games better than fox.One HD can match fox sports offer of $1 million per year while
showing 1 live game on Sunday afternoons.
