Even though we can take the imports value with a grain of salt, I just ran through to see how much each team would cost (with their top 10 players) and their relativity to the 1mil cap:
PER - $100k over
MLB - $80k over
NZ - $23k over
CNS - $13k under
ADL - $26k under (if you count BJ as backup centre)
WNG - $58k under
TSV - $67k under
SYD - $200k under
Probably a reasonably accurate prediction of the ladder.
