You'd have to start it in mid-November, probably, to give teams time to sort that out. And how likely are teams to wait, and let other good players get snapped up, on the off-chance they can get a late release?

And they've already compressed the schedule dramatically to avoid the AFL, imagine lopping another month off.

Ingles has been criticised by a lot of NBA experts..isn't getting interest from Europe and yet turned down private workouts from NBA teams in July.

I do believe his management have made some errors.

How do you go from having a 2 year deal on the table from Memphis, to having 7-8 NBA teams keen to not securing a roster spot at all.

Ingles was not guaranteed 560 for two weeks of training camp. The nba is not that ridicululous. He would have got 40-50k tops. He has repeatedly was not guaranteed this money. He would have got that if he made the roster.

Hope Adelaide can secure these guys either on a short term injury contract, or if players are to be cut, as replacements.

In all seriousness though, if Wilson is injured, I think ADL should look at cutting him.

I think Wilson is the 2nd worst starting PG in the league (only better than Perry).
