"Developing locals" is that what is happening in the YL men?

Knox"s most important issue is to get their debt to a manageable level before they think about seabl and I am sure they will do this. As has been pointed out before the Junior Raiders and Junior Domestic teams are very strong. They still have BigV Men and Womens teams and they are also strong.
