Agree Wondering, but many people especially parents only think court time is what the need most, and whilst yes it's great to get court time you need to look at standard they p,ay and train with and against to quantify which is better for development.

Unfortunately there are very few places allocated for div1 colleges for international students especially boys, . Boys div1 have 13 scholarships women 15, only 10percent are given to international students, and when you look at what the USA already have within their high school system, it's a tough ask to get a spot in a good DIV1 college, add into that most will go to bigs then if your a SF or SG/PG, your even less likely to pick up a good DIV1 college. Most freshmen don't get huge minutes no matter what div they play. Athletes need to consider many things before final choice from what's offered to them. It's not just the college, but the conference and the likelyhood of development once out of that freshman year.

Agree with above comment. The best way to develop as a player is to play. Unless you are an elite player (ie AIS), you are better off playing 20-30 mins a game at a good D2 college. People think D1 is the ultimate, but the top 30-40 D2 colleges would beat D1 teams ranked 100 and below.
