Which Aus Coach allow individual freedom
http://www.pasadenanow.com/main/boys-basketball-st-lukes-grammar-of-sydney-australia-defeat-poly-in-exhibition-game-46-40-on-saturday-night/
I found this an entertaining watch and listen, but at the end when the US journo speaks to the Aussie high school coach about the difference in playing style between us and them is quite interesting, have a listen.
Kind of puts a different spin on who is more structured in the way they play the game!

Guy Molloy likes robots, not free thinking talent

Guy Malloy or Rob Beveridge would be the two I would consider as both have had results at the junior level at Worlds and both are very good coaches of junior players and developers of junior players.
