are you saying BNSW will not have any player on the score sheet who has not met the their 40% game rule. for the junior finals.

bnsw state/junior league rules state "player must play 40% of games to play in Finals"

If a player has not played 40% of games, should the opposing coach "call them out" in the finals , or should the controlling body control who is on the score sheet?

Player is a late recruitment, has not played the required number of games,
