Jamie Pearlman, sorry.

I just tried to find the clip but 7 local news are terrible at putting any of their news content up online.

I didn't sound at all likely to me, which is a shame if it's true as Gordie would be an amazing addition to the club if they can pull it off.

What is typically involved in terminating a player's contract?

I realise it's contract specific (dependant on the individual terms and conditions a player signs up to), but I'm curious as to what actually happens when a squad replaces an import for example.

Are there performance based out clauses? Do clubs need to pay out the entire contract term's salary to the outgoing player?
