Looks like to me that the committee was not going to renew KB's contract for an undisclosed reason. Telling him that just before a game is a bit like telling someone they're getting retrenched while they're in the dunny.
There's a proper procedure to follow and some would argue it wasn't followed.
Should he have been given the boot? Always two sides to the story, but sounds like we may not hear them.
I guess if people think KB was unfairly shafted by the committee, they could always put up their hand
