Opals vs Tall Ferns - Oceania Qualifiers

^the didnt "change" their minds, they were left with no option, Oapls have "options" which they have already chosen in Burton.

If Opals don't win this series is that them out for the next Worlds?

Rio is a whole different thing, and hopefully BA will insist they take the strongest team which will include those currently not playing in this oceanic series, so with Taylor, OHea, Philips, Mitchell, Tolo, Cambage, Jackson?(still think she's done) Bishop, Francis, Madgen back on the list it will be interesting to see who is eventually included, (that's if they want to play under BJ) but you can guarantee Lavey and Burton will still be top of the list

Yeah, it's the end of an era for sure, so ideally we would have a coach who was focussed very much on introducing young talent into the Opals program, right?

And the three that missed out were the ones who. Aren't saw the crt during the Japan series which was supposed to give joyce the opportunity to play all of them to see who deserved a final berth......... 30 mins plus a game againt 5mins..... Of course that gave a good view.

Have to wonder if Cambage issue had a hidden agenda all along , as cambage exclusion would give the red light for Burton really.

Not that I am sticking up for the Burton selection, but they're very different types of players.
Once the squad of 16 was set and then Cambage was ruled out, Burton was always going to make the cut.

The NBA has today unveiled their new-look NBA website at NBA.com

It is a lot lighter in colour (not as dark) and loaded a lot quicker for me that in has in the past.

Will reserve my judgement until I have had a real chance to play aroun d a lot more.
