Mcneail to be replaced
Do you not understand that you don't get younger overnight or you don't get fit all of a sudden .
He is not going to get to the pace of the game to do the numbers we require and expect and easter bunny coming to visit you Marcus.

Well as team was getting assembled we all had a right to get excited about season ahead with the aussie players signed.
So we all waited to see who our imports were and even on announcement of McNeill left us a little flat ( but lets see ) as gathered he was the cheap import.
But when Ere was announced as our main import it was a little disappointing as had been away a long time and obviously was getting near that retirement age even for basketballer .
But none of us expected to see him turn up in such poor physical shape and all involved should be ashamed pf this.
Now great posters like Kobe24 gets criticised for being negative ,
Now anybody that has seen on Fox even some of the games can analyse that unless we do something about our imports then we are going to finish bottom 2 or 3 .
Now I agree that Gibson is really frustrating in his levels he plays at and seems to go through motions at times and not take ownership like previous star.
As can't see replacing both imports I would replace Ere and just rest McNeil and give time to others until fully fit.
But we know Wright will go the easy way and keep Ere

I don't think its a matter of "wrong import to chop". Based on what Joey said, its entirely due to McNeail's injury. I'll be disappointed if he has to go, because I think he would've been a good player for us, but it sounds like Joey thinks we can't afford to wait for his injury to heal.
If we're going to cut him, so be it, but I really hope they only do it if they are willing to bring in a star in his place. There's no point bringing in someone mediocre. Gibson clearly needs big-time help in the backcourt.

McNeaill is the nicest guy out and is also a pretty skilled jump shooter. If his shoulder holds up fine he'd be a nice keep.
On the contrary we've got Ebi, chilling out doing not much at all beside looking overweight and playing overweight too.
Id rather wait on Kenyon, than play Ere. Splashing one or two threes and bricking 5 whilst lugging extra kilos around doesn't make you a winner in anybodies book.
