haha Downer left because he was sick of getting none of the credit? They worked incredibly well together.

Mick left because 1: there is only so much a regional team can afford to pay assistant coaches.

2: A guy with Mick's talent is worth a lot more than a regional team can pay him.

You wont find a better attention to detail/analytical guy than MD. outside of Lemanis I would have picked him for the Bullets job. If the Kings keep on playing like they have been he'd be my pick for the Kings job too.

The Smyth/Breheny example above is what Fearne/Downer used to do last year. I haven't paid enough attention to see if Fearne's doing that this year with Geordie (too busy hanging my head in shame and crying).

The coaches actually risk a fine by the league if they swear during the time outs, they have been put on notice about their behaviour while live and unedited on the air.

I'm amazed that coaches don't swear more. You put mics in huddles at your own risk. These are grown ass men playing a grown ass game, this isn't a CWA cake sale.

(Note: grown ass women, playing a grown ass game should also be given the leeway to swear)

The Crocs are playing for position and to hold the Breakers out of the finals. The 36ers will be trying to avoid the wooden spoon.

Centrebet has the 36ers as long shots at $7.50, while Townsville are $1.09. The line is at -12.5.
