Junior Coaching Movements

Finding good junior coaches is a difficult task for all clubs- getting the right mix so that a program can be formulated and maintained.
West are running a Level 1 coaches course for interested people from within the club to provide a greater insight and also improve current coaches and perhaps encourage people to try their hand at a later date.
