NZ run coaching programs and have a dedicated Meadow Fresh Champions campaign where they visit schools (for free) and they teach them about things such as goal setting, nutrition, active lifestyles and values). Breakers also do a lot for a lot of underprivileged kids at South Auckland schools.
Every team does community involvement and school-based stuff in some regard.
Perth's community involvement isn't so much about what they do (because they do what other teams do generally).
But it's about how much they do - from memory, their contracts require high community involvement hours. Credit to them. They're keeping it simple - just about putting in the work and getting out in the community.
Im pretty sure I got an Adelaide 36ers facebook post recently.. maybe this month which had a bunch of 36ers players at a School with some school kids. Could of been a clinic or a school visit.
