How does Mavs retain teams in div2

If they nominate knowing they're going to get thrashed it's the clubs fault. This will probably bring back the old why can't stronger clubs enter multiple teams in div 1 etc.
If the kids and parents are happy to allow it then good luck to them.

“In determining the clubs response, the Breakers organisation decided that it will help no one to simply cast Corey adrift. Instead, we have put in place a strict set of conditions with which to comply in order to remain a Breaker. He will also have to face whatever sanction the Sports Tribunal determines for him in terms of his international aspirations.”
