Raptors are much better with Joseph rather than Lowry IMO.

Lowry's foul trouble was a blessing in disguise.

He just takes ridicolously tough shots and wastes so many offensive sets.

What is the cut off point age wise? will it work like the juniors system ie under 20s are actually 18 years old? or is it people who turn 23 in the calendar year and under?
