Thon Maker continues to make the most of his opportunities in impressing NBA teams at pre-draft workouts. Maker has further enhanced his chances of being selected in the first round of the NBA Draft by performing and interviewing strongly in front of the Phoenix Suns and Indiana Pacers.

One is reminded of the aura that surrounded Dante Exum two years ago; Thon Maker looks set to be the next Australian man of mystery in this year’s NBA draft.

After the Jazz workout, Maker will next work out with the Atlanta Hawks, who own the 21st pick in the draft. Following that, stops at Detroit Pistons (pick 18) and Indiana Pacers (pick 20) look to be scheduled.

Got some play time at last. Recorded only 1 steal in 14 minutes. Didn't score, no rebounds nor assist but at least no turnover either. Hope he does better next chance.
