Special mention to Ross McMains.

Took over an 0-18 Taranaki team and lead them to a very respectable 8-10 record. Missed the playoffs literally due to 1 or 2 possessions on the buzzer. Great effort.

Australia defend their Stankovic Cup title when they take on Slovenia tonight at 9:30pm AEST in the final in Lizhou, China.

Australia deafeated the Slovenians by 14 in the round-robin game and will need to play well once again if they are to remain undefeated.
