NBA Summer League talent

I'm hoping Joey's keeping tabs on Rasheed Sulaimon (undrafted, playing in Chicago's Summer league team).

Athletic wing who can hit outside shots. His attitude really set him back, but hopefully his college experiences have given him a reality check if he intends to play in the NBA down the track.

Hello everyone

Just a brief head's up to let you know Newcastle Basketball will be web casting all games on main court during the Waratah League Finals weekend 14-15 August.

You'll be ale to watch all the Waratah League Semi's on Saturday, the Youth Men Div 1, State League Men and State League Women Div 1 Grand Finals on Sunday all live via a 1 camera feed.

The weekend will culminate in the Waratah Women and Men Grand Finals done via a 2 camera feed with full commentary by former Newcastle NBL commentator and current NBN sports reader Mike Rabbitt and Sydney Kings Coach Moose Robilliard

Women at 3pm with Men at 5pm.

The production is being done by NBN TV and will be broadcast quality.

I hope you all get a chance to log on during the weekend, or even better get to the weekend.

Full details will be released soon, but you will be able to log on to watch at www.newcastlebasketball.com.au

We would really hope you all log in on Sunday afternoon and enjoy the web cast.
