Even worse, there's a whole suburb / shire called Cockburn. Ironically, the prevailing winds from the Kwinana industrial area blow right through Cockburn. Who knows what's in them thar chemicals.

The SBL team, Including the Womens' team, is called the Cockburn Cougars.

There really are times we need to leave Alliteration behind and come up with some original names.

The second guy (next to matt Knight) is Chudier Pal, returned from Div 1 college. One of the top rebounders in the SBL this year.

Not sure who the other two african australian guys are. The rest are SBL players- the ones I know are:

Havn't included U20/21 this year as they aren't really juniors now. And remember we have a top 4 this year and not a top 5 so the numbers for everyone will be down about 10%.

Sturt seem to have maintained their dominance withgirls being in front of their boys, but their have more top placed finishes especially in div 1.

Forestville girls still very strong especially in div 1 and 2. Boys not so good, with their 18 boys especially being dissapointing.

Norwood have been the big improver in the boys, with a couple of top places their recruitmnt in U12s especially beneficial. Girls have not had the same recruitment benefits.

Eastern have performed above their numbers, even though their U18 teams have been a bit of a let down.

Southern have stepped up along with South, both skipping out over North. No real consistancy but some good teams here and there in the boys side.

North have been the big losers. Dropping out of the big 4 mainly due to their boys. But their U12 and U10s girls dont bode well for the future.
