Snakes Offense in Preseason

Will be interesting to see how Jawai Succeeds in this system. One thing is that Fearne's offence creates easy post-up opportunities. With the improved shooting around him this season, he should be real helpful.

Good to see him working hard too, only four kilos off ideal playing weight

The Weigh comment was as much a joke at myself as it was a comment on his ability. He has always appeared to have the tools to be a top level player and I was hopping the Hawks would sign him when Gordie was coach. Thinking Marty was the reason he never reached his potential.

I swear I always end picking him up in NBL DT every year....thinking that the breakout season is about to happen.

Lots of 3 pt, long 2 point shots, fade-aways and mid-range base-line jump shots, there. Not a whole lot of drives to the hoop, a few good cuts, not much back to the basket stuff (I know Nate's not there, yet, but we'll need it from Wortho and Egwu, too.)

What concerns me about this is that there's a pretty big reliance on jump shooting there, and we know how badly that can fall apart.

Nate needs to make a big difference in terms of creating some space, or we'll be struggling to put up good numbers.

Lots of FLOW and a little bit of old school SHUFFLE in there. Ball movement, pick n pops, duck ins from big guys, backdoors... that is Fearney's way!

Hi all,

i have spoken to a few people recently in passing conversations such as the coffee shop and colleagues and it seems no one is watching the Commonwealth games, i for one am definitly not watching them, i just dont have any interest for the simple fact its only the commonwealth countries, its like a "hey we dont have the olympics so lets do something else" and here we are. I dont know i think it just seems a bit outdated. feel free to comment im not here to start an argument but just was interested to hear other peoples thoughts on it and if they think it is crap how could they fix it?
