Extra Time Slot Open, Player Dev Trainings
Football, cricket, soccer, basketball at the top level in the state all seem to have one thing in common - persistent failure. The Redbacks have been the joke of the comp for a decade, Port and Adelaide are in steady decline with no realistic hope of wining a flag in the foreseeable future. The Sixers lurch from catastrophe to catastrophe wining the ones they should lose and vice versa while the lighning are ordinary in the extreme. The Reds showed the most promise but have reverted to last years form on the back of a loss to their nemesis and a thrashing from Brisbane last night.
Is it personnel or management/coaching that has S A sports in the doldrums?
The only bright spot in S A sport of late has been the Netball.
