i always see a lot of people playing on the outdoor court/s near the old north adelaide railway station.

Not that I know of, I travel towards North Adelaide to find courts even though I live around Mitcham/Unley...

Here's an idea for the NBL and clubs though - work with councils in each major city to have 2-3 reasonably maintained outside courts in each city and have a little bit of NBL/local NBL club signage for promotion?
