WNBL Round 8

Yeah, an 18 point lead in the 4th quarter disappeared fast, but some solid free throw shooting and a timely steal helped us hang on. Great result. We got the even contribution we needed including one of Edmondson's best ever games as a Wave/Lynx.

And in the other one, OT was needed to split Sydney & Bendigo. Huge games from Griffin & Raincock-Ekunwe weren't enough. Very timely return to action for Hamson.

Loving how competitive the top 6 is this season.

Just heard that the Manly Warringah Mens ABA Team, the reigning Waratah League Champs have picked up a "Colourful" sponsor in the off season. They are sponsored by a Tattoo Studio! Look out next season to see some newly adorned players bodies as they reap the rewards of being paid in tattoos!
