"Poster boy" Australians on each NBL team?
Here's your 2 for 1.

Ogilvy doesn't seem the right fit in this conversation.

Yeah, definitely Damo in Perth, he's just such a genuinely likeable guy. The Perth Crowd loves him.

would assume NZ is Abercrombie. Most people who follow the NBL like the guy
Illawarra have a lot of consistent and loyal Aussies in Coenraad, Martin, Forman, Demos (until last season) but none of those are stars or big personality type of guys.

Nah it's definitely Jawai up here.
Is it not Ogilvy in Wollongong?

When I went to the Melbourne/Adelaide game at Hisense a lot of Adelaide fans
were sporting the Creek jersey.

Hard to fault most of those picks. I reckon Lisch will be selling plenty of jerseys in Sydney too.
Plenty of players to like in Wollongong but yeah no obvious standouts.
Damo's whole salary must just about be covered by the number of $109.99* #53 jerseys he sells.
* $10 off for members

Maybe Gliddon in Cairns.
Norton could become that option in Wollongong. Otherwise I don't know that they have one in this period of transition.

They've been itching to give it to him!
A standout National Basketball League performance from Melbourne Tigers’ point guard Corey Williams in his team’s win over the Gold Coast Blaze has seen the man known as ‘Homicide’ named as Player of the Week FOR Round Eight of the iiNet NBL Championship.Runners up are: Bruton (23 points), Khazzouh (19.5/10.5/3 in two losses), M Knight (18 and 7) and Tovey (18/8/5).
Williams had 24 points, seven rebounds and four assists in his team’s 82-78 victory over the Blaze at the State Netball Hockey Centre (AKA ‘The Cage’) on Saturday night. Williams went 10-of-19 from the field to shoot the ball at 53%, and also made four of his six free throws.
But wait, there's more!
Others who were in the running for Player of the Week included Gary Ervin (Wollongong), Adam Ballinger (Adelaide), Ira Clark (Gold Coast), Kirk Penney (New Zealand), Gary Wilkinson (New Zealand), Mika Vukona (New Zealand), Alex Loughton (Cairns) and Daniel Johnson (Adelaide).
