Richard Jefferson's embarrassing behaviour
If you watch the replay from the opposite baseline cam, it's clear that Maker is looking up at the hoop and the ball. In other words it was just an over zealous attempt at boxing out.
And Maker was holding prior to that as Jefferson made his way through the lane. So, two fouls on Maker there. But point is, Jefferson escalated it with AM obvious shove, without looking at the ball or anything. Gotta agree with the OP,Jefferson is an embarrassment, if you can't handle aggressive D late in a game then maybe you should've stayed retired and gone off to drink cocktails on a Florida beach instead of staying in the big league!

Foul on Maker for holding yes, but how is that worthy of a tech?
Jefferson is the only one who deserves something more than a standard foul- he's the one who escalated it by throwing him to the floor and then ran at him like a complete and utter douche!

I don't think Jefferson was being too ridiculous there. Maker was grappling a lot and it's probably a bit OTT in a blow-out to have that finish on the floor.
Could've possibly called a foul on Maker for wrapping him up as the moved towards the basket.

IMO double call was correct both to strong holding each other off ball.

Brat... lol
Look at Grayson allens reaction today when he tripped another bloke over.

Thon Maker looked equally bad in the muscling dragging down stuff.
It's RJ's ridiculous carry on that made him deserve the ejection and probably a fine.
The thing is, if you're averaging 5 points a game you don't get to carry on like that. He should be fined on the basis of wasting everyone's time acting self-important.

ummmm no Maker was the one that was unnecessarily holding him. Double tech was correct. Jefferson's reaction wasn't that bad

Poor old Stevey Franchise wasn't expecting to sub back into the game.... Especially with no shoes on and ice on the ankles!
that's Chinese hoops for ya.
