I know there are some Big V SCM coaches are on 20K+ and work full time

It's never been a full time job unless you were employed within a club as something else and do the extra coaching duties for which you would get extra.

Would be worth every bit of $10000,but there are some mercenaries out there who try to make it a full time living and spread themselves a bit thin by taking on to many roles and eventually something has to give,and usually it's to the long term detriment of the program they are involved with.

A message to Brad hill (and to a lesser extent) Darren Ng haters, what do you have to say now?

Ive heard people on here call these fellas ABA players at best (especially Brad hill), but this season i think they've proven to be a couple of our most solid players...
