What was with that 2nd leg-pump? Was he trying to regain his footing?
Or did he just figure "ah what the heck, I'm flopping, might as well make it spectacular"?
I would hate to see the mess an NBL referee would make of that.
I'm guessing instant tech flopping foul 15%, blocking foul 10%, flop warning 20%, no call 10%, charge 25%, tech on offence for looking at umpire the wrong way 20%
Perth will be out for revenge yet again in this one.
Betting has been suspended on Centrebet for some reason but was at $1.20 for the Cats previously. Line was -8.5. Wonder what news/rumours they're evaluating or if there have been any big bets? Possibly a big bet on Adelaide at $4.55 (gutsy move though)?
Would be expecting a belting but only because of Perth's home crowd and our road woes. On paper though, the Cats are down three starting bigs (have replaced two) and we are only really missing Ng/Bruce - advantage should be in our favour and hopefully the team can play accordingly. Since last game, we've swapped Bruce for Carter (upgrade IMO) and Perth are down Redhage - that's a decent swing.
Any Adelaide fans cautiously optimistic about this one or been burnt too many times in the past by our performances on the road?
