This is interesting. Heard something a few weeks back about a possible relocation of the Blaze to Brisbane. Maybe they're easing people into it...
The Gold Coast Blaze could be forced to play at least two home matches in Brisbane next season because the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre is booked out on numerous weekends on the NBL calendar.Thought one of the comments was interesting:
The Gold Coast Bulletin understands draft plans for the NBL draw included five weekends where the Blaze could not be accommodated at home, but rescheduling is likely to leave them homeless for two.
It would mean those clashes could be moved to the Brisbane Convention Centre.
