SEABL - Round 2
^agreed, happened last two years, teams like Dandenong and Kilsyth are probably yet to even have full roster training, the Cof E kids have been a unit for a while now

Don't get too far ahead of yourselves. They train 10x's more together than any SEABL team and early in the year they are light years ahead as a group. They start quick every year. Judge them by the last 6 games against good teams as apposed to the first 6. When the SEABL teams are peaking and have played together for a few months. They are very talented but they have a distinct advantage at the moment

youve got Conti, Maley, McLean, Goodchild, Cochrane all playing elsewhere and they can only take 12 to worlds.

Whoever picks the final gems team is going to have a hell of a time choosing which players to take.

Will be interesting to see if Melbourne Tigers have improved at all. On paper it doesn't look like they have.

Frankston in for a long year if that's their bench!

Stewart wary of 2nd round drop off Vs frankston.

Watched CoE last round, they are young of course, being CoE that is obvious but the girls in particular can more than hold their own in SEABL.

The Wollongong Hawks have chosen to exercise their team option on Oscar Forman's contract, securing his services for the 2011/12 iiNet NBL Championship.
“I’m very pleased to have re-signed with the Hawks for next season. After being at another club for a few years it was always going to be an interesting experience in how it would be fitting in with a new team and organisation. But it’s been an easy process, I’m enjoying playing my basketball with a great group of guys and life in Wollongong has been good to me.” Oscar Forman said.

This move seems to be good for both Oscar and for the Hawks, and also takes another quality player off the market for recruitment at the end of the season.
