Boti mentioned it a few times on his blog right before Goulding re-signed. Go look it up yourself.

Source?
I doubt it. Otherwise NBL have gone batshit crazy after years of lean payroll.

Before the start of last season Goulding re-signed with MU to a 2 year deal for $400k a year.

Goulding was playing overseas (in a decent comp?) and already had a top shelf reputation before leaving, he wouldn't have come back for chump change... I think $350K would be fairly close to the mark...
Having a decent coach who knows the league and will have the players respect will go a long way to Unitards success in the coming season as well...

Don't assume because they've "failed" a few times with stacked lineups that they will continue to.
The resources United have is a huge advantage and at some point they'll use their resource advantage to manage a staked side that works.
It's like Real Madrid early 000s, they eventually got it right.

United always look good then we all realize they're actually not good when they play.
they've thrown more money around than anyone yet can't even make the playoffs - how are they paying anyone else when Goulding is on what - 350K? Then Anderson 400K while also probably giving Boone 150 - 200K. Still have 2 imports to pay along with Majok, Adnam, Khazzouh and Wesley... they must be smashing the soft cap.
Must have Moller getting 3 years free accommodation playing for them while he works part-time at Coles.

If your a uni student tho it's even more reason to go ... The prices for concession membership are so good. Almost half price

Likely won't be renewing my Utd membership this season for lifestyle reasons (mature age back to uni, this is one of the unfortunate sacrifices), but was realllly eager to see this guy resigned and am now disappointed I won't get to see him play week in and out.
Great addition to the team. Brings a lot of maturity and game IQ.

What sort of question is asking if Boone re-signing is good. Obviously didn't watch him during the season.
Utd looking good, Kings... lol

Great addition of youth & energy too!

sign good players worry about how they play/fit together later

With all the bigs that have been signed, I can't see how the Julian rumour can be true?

Great signing. No idea what we will do woth all the bigs we have but a full season of him and a quality pg and a decent coach we may be able to make some noise next season

As the No.1 fan of the mighty CROCS and of the 100% Crocodile, I find it hard to fathom how the NBL can criticise the croc for going a little bit to far. The fact that he does go to far is why we love him. He is part of the arsenal that lifts the fans to make the swamp the most feared away game venue in Australia. It strikes me as hypercritical of the NBL to sanction the Croc for holding his tail between his legs while at the same family game atmosphere the court side announcer tell us the betting odds on the game and how to make a bet. We all know the problems some families have with excessive gambling and then presenting the option while children are listening is going to far. We also all know where a culture of gambling within a sport can lead. But the NBL makes money from the insidious industry so I guess the misery of others is OK by them.
Hands off our CROC and lets drop the gambling advertisements.
THE CROC NEVER FOULS. TOOO TRUEEEE!
