I'd say it is illegal, money spent on the salary cap should be announced though.

I noticed the awards dinner is coming up. I don't know much about how they work having never attended one myself, but will there be just five players named as All-NBL first team or will there be 3 All-NBL teams announced?
I am just curious because I think it will be very tight this year if they are only picking 5 players for all stars/first team.
