District U16's div3/4 stadium shortage
I have to say that many clubs and players do feel for Centrals who travel the most. So it could have been that in this short season they were the ones who had the home games for the teams they travel farthest to and only play them once. That’s an easy schedule to implement especially over summer where travelling is less comfortable. Same could happen for Mavs at the Southern end. Southern is not so much of an issue with the expressway now and within reach of 4 clubs within 20-45 minutes in traffic.

Norwood for all their hype hasn't got a home court, less courts at arc on Friday than Mars, so more a step backwards. If those three other courts were standard, fair enough, but now the "biggest" club has less room than west ffs, hence having to use starplex.

BSA staff are best placed to program games, individual grievances will always occur .At the end of the day stadium availability is the problem, there simply isn't enough court space . What is badly needed is a centralised state basketball centre with a dozen courts ! But just keep dreaming !!!!

As above, how about the kids from northern clubs having the same problem traveling south. I remember a few years back in the relegation days being stuck in same div as total of five south/southern teams and sturt and playing majority of games at morphet vale and Marion. Sounds like OP has found themselves on the other side and knows what it feels like. But bsa should schedule teams from other ends of earth at at least a port Adelaide or wayville etc and keep Southern and northern match-ups the appropriate side of town. And for division five and below, why not have conferences, really not that much above social in most cases.

centrals kids have been doing this for years

lot of social comps on thursday nights as well

no 12yo playing u16s unless they are playing above their correct grade - could have some late birthday 13yos

Private school courts are in high demand and difficult to rent. I know that PAC and Saints, for example, often prefer not to rent courts in case they're needed by their old scholar teams etc. It's not as if they need the $$ after all.
Have you communicated your feedback directly to BSA's competitions manager regarding timeslots at MV/Starplex? Changes could potentially be made for the winter season.
