I'm glad I didn't watch the game live. Wasn't much to look at with the result quite predictable. Not surprised with how the players performed either after Gaze's putrid post-game in NZ. You reap what you sow.

There were a lot of blame on the players for not listening or not caring, but you'd have to ask how did the players get to that mindset? It happened in just a couple of games after the season opener where they were fresh with anticipation and hope for a successful season? That quickly?

More likely, they would've realized they're up a shite creek without a paddle, woefully under-prepared by a coaching team that's way overconfident in their own abilities.

by acknowledging the players are not listening to him and its time for a replacement!

And the Kings have good players, just not at the 1 or 5. Still, I don't think it's too controversial to say that there's 7 other coaches in the NBL who could coach these guys to better than a 1-4 record.
