Interesting, whilst having a secure financial future is hugely important, what about other directions and initiatives. And whilst promoting from inside has advantages in knowing current knowledge, I reckon most would have been wanting someone from outside with fresh ideas to lead bsa in better direction, not just some accountant balancing the ledger. Good luck but feels pretty underwhelming.
