Sydney Kings - Tyler & Garlepp
Good job Udog. Cost them last place and maybe they get 2nd bottom.

It may cost them a finals spot......

Tyler top scores and Garleep got ejected. Hahaha.

"Absolute bollocks... He needs to work harder than anyone on the court to not fucking foul out in 10 minutes again... What he NEEDS to have been doing is working WITH Tommy during this NBL break to learn from him and get used to how refs (mis)call the game to actually BE better..."
HAHAHAHAHA. YoU've got to be kidding me. Have you watched Garleep lately. Missing layups from 1/2 foot, cause he can't get off the ground. Grabbing players' legs whilst he is on the ground and getting an unsportsmanlike. HAHAHAHA Learn from a guy that the worst team in the league doesn't want on their bench? HAHAHA.

Not sure if that can really relate here when you've got a team built by someone else, it's not like people have a choice of who they associate with during their training... And especially when you throw in competitive egos on top of that?

So , we attract people who are like us. That is , if we are meeting aggressive people , we are probably aggressive .
If people around us are friendly , most likely we are being friendly....

drmic , garlepp not hard to have a run in with....
(tyler i haven't met , yet ...)

Tommy has a history of not taking any shit from imports on either his team or the opposition so this isn't surprising... Context would be helpful in this instance though, because we are already starting to form an opinion of Tyler from his attitude during the first couple of games plus his reputation from overseas... If it was the same sort of argy bargy like the other week with Newls, then all good... But if it's Tyler thinking he's king shit and not pulling his weight, ALREADY, then this is a bad sign...
Tyler may not need to train as hard, as he has the goods. He will only need to bring it on game day.

He NEEDS to bring whatever he's got for more than 20mins before he can even open his mouth to talk shit...

Garleep needs to train hard as he may be on for those 2 valuable minutes, and then he may miss the lay up cause he can't elevate off the ground for a dunk.

Have a watch of their time-outs, some players literally ignoring their coach.
Tough spot to be in. Players need to believe in their coach, and these guys don't.
Bringing in a guy who supposedly already had a bad attitude wouldn't have helped.

By coincidence, read this article the other day. For Tyler to be number one bust from high school star says a lot when he's above a lot bigger names. Maybe Kings should have used google to do a bit of research.

Where did Garlepp’s tough guy reputation come from? From starting fights while his Kings team were down by 30?

Tommy has always worked and trained harder than anyone, if Tyler is training tuff and hard and him and tommy have a bit of push and shove it could be good for Kings, they need a bit of agro out there, hopefully these two are leading the way.

Is anybody surprised by this?
Will be interesting to see if this carries on; and if so, who does the organisation back? Their new import with a history of issues, or a former Captain/club MVP who is now in the doghouse.
Interesting times ahead!

Should be a very interesting game - Mills up against Martin. Tigers recruited hard early, but the Cats have added Nevill and thrashed Townsville in their first game.
Edit: Welcome to the NBL Patty Mills. Four turnovers in the first quarter and down 12-29. Perth are going to be very tough this year.
