Matt Hodgson and the refs

Call the game properly and remove the players reason to get upset or just concentrate on their response to so many frustratingly bad calls? Seems to be more emphasis given to the response from the player than fixing the officiating.

Some of the time , not all of the time , he is standing still with arms straight up , gets called ..I think this used to be a legal guarding position...
( garlepp and goulding never foul ..demonstrative...is not a good good look for the game and is a penalty in afl ..
wish it was in nbl...)

Hodgeson does get fouled more than is called, correct. He also legitimately commits 4+ fouls a game with stupid reaches for the ball and leaving his cylinder when contesting shots.

There was only one last night that clearly wasn't a foul IMO - standing still outside the charge circle on the right baseline.
