Garlepp's 2nd Tech?

"20 years in the league and still no feel for the game. Maybe Scott needs to blow Brad and say goodbye."

Years ago

He had a previous tech. The second Tech for flopping was the correct call.

But the 1st tech was completely unrelated to flops. If that was the basis of tech for flopping it should be incorrect.

If TG had been warned for flopping .. or the rules say ANYBODY being warned means next flop warning is a T.. THEN the 2nd tech is correct... not becuase of the unrelated 1st T.

FM, said like a referee with an axe to grind.

That one poor call really opened an ugly 2 minutes of Basketball and an extremely poorly managed game.

Yes ref's over reacting again.

I believe there was a flop warning called before that which covers both teams not just a player so the tech was tge correct call

As there is another topic talking about the Under 18 boys comp, I thought I would start one for the Under 16 Boys comp.

Looking for other peoples thoughts on how some of the team have progressed in the last 2 years since Under 14s

I would assume Forestville and Sturt remain the strongest teams in the comp, Making the gf in under 14 boys(2010) and also had a couple of bottom aged players in the mix for the 2011 U16 State team.

Looking at the season just finished Southern could be one of the most improved teams from under 14s in 2010 with some new recruits since, adding some further depth to that club.

What do others think?
