Drmic MCL injury, out three weeks
Sixers will sign a “short term replacement” soon.

Satnam Singh is looking for a job in the NBL -http://www.espn.com.au/nba/story/_/id/18909688/far-india-home-d-league-satnam-singh-toils-slowly-distant-nba-breakthrough

while teys played a good game on friday.....i think he may be a guard .... nevertheless it's a help with injuries and shorter outta form........ while hodgson at center has gone backwards from last season...with deng a little bit better...

Adelaide 36ers guard Anthony Drmic will be sidelined for the next three weeks with scans today indicating that he had suffered a medial collateral ligament sprain.Tough copping this at the same time as Creek missing games. Would've been a great opportunity for him to pick up minutes otherwise. At least these are position where Adelaide has some coverage with Moore and Childress.
Drmic suffered the injury to his left knee following a collision with NZ Breakers guard DJ Newbill in the fourth quarter of Adelaide's Friday night victory over the New Zealand Breakers at Spark Arena.
The injury to Drmic comes after the 36ers lost star forward Mitch Creek to a hamstring tear in Round 9, with the Boomer expected to also be sitting on the sidelines until the New Year.
Adelaide lost back up point guard Adam Doyle earlier this month to a broken foot.

Everyone acknowledges indigenous contributions to AFL and NRL but they rarely mention basketball so i thought i'd dedicate a thread to some indigenous players currently playing in the league.
Currently in 2011/2012 season:
Patrick Mills
Deba George
Aaron Grabau
Kerry Williams
Michael Cedar
Chris Cedar
Daniel Dillon
Any more?
Deadly team of guards and shooting guards!

An official update? You mean like keeping the public in the loop about what is going on with a player's injury? Absolutely not. If you're lucky there might be a vague reference to it just before tip off at the next game.

So 4-6 weeks?

Joey said in the presser that it was a suspected torn MCL

Do hope he's OK.
Looked very similar to McCarrrons knock on Thursday, I was surprised he came back in that game.
