just want to get this right.

leaving u23s out of this.

div 1 to and from Div 2 - is week to week all summer can move up and down freely between teams.

2 div 2 teams - first 5 weeks can play in either as long as only 1 game per week.
then after 5 weeks have to stay in one team only ?

div 3-4-5 pro rel - can play in any team for the first 5 weeks (one game per week) then from second phase locked into one team and can only move between phases - or move up - once moved up can't move back down.
