Boti: The short shelf life of the public spray
Teams should pay Boti to write about their own team eg "team x can't possibly make the playoffs".
It would increase the teams chances of making the playoffs ten fold.

How stupid does Boris look now
Oh wait he always has

Sobey buys in. Can't say the same for Gaze’s crew
Joey has a proven record and the respect of his players AS A COACH... Gaze's players don't have any such coach to buy into...
Common knowledge in league circles is that Newley either wants out or wants major changes. If there are no changes he's going to push to move on, even if he is on contract and it’s doubtful no other team would be able to match his current salary.
That's certainly not a surprise... Newls' body language has been rotten for most of the season... Thing is though, he's come in with a high price tag and for the most part, either due to Gaze's coaching or not, for the most part, he hasn't delivered... Someone of his skill level should have been able to succeed almost despite Gaze's coaching, but he's been sullen, gone missing in a lot of games and just a general sook a lot of the time as well...
I've said all along that if he doesn't pull a "going overseas" trick to get out of his final contract season, I'll be super shocked...

Frustrated easy as players caint do what he did
What, you mean NOT play defence? I reckon they're doing that spot on...

Really interesting article from Boti.
My experience is players will cop a spray, and many even welcome it, if they feel it is warranted because their effort has been poor.
When the team is losing because they don't have the answers and coach is spraying them instead of providing those answers, the players switch very quickly.
Gaze lost his players a long time ago, but the spray on the weekend was warranted and his team pulled their finger out immediately after and showed much greater effort on d-trans, which was the issue in question.

They're the ones riding every play and riding every call, thinking every single thing makes this huge difference.
Agreed this is what has been his nail in the coffin... His last spray, while fun to watch and completely deserved at the time, was just an example of his absolutely losing the plot... Newls' early hand in to just get it done, which only served to make the situation worse and Gazes' reaction to it wouldn't have gone unnoticed and only served to sour his relationship with the team...
The other big sprayers all have had pretty bad ones, but we have never seen Joey, Fearney or Gleeson absolutely lose their minds... And even sometimes when their team looks to have deserved a spray, they've come at them rationally and with a plan... The difference is that it's been proven that Gaze DOESN'T have a plan, he doesn't know what he's doing and each game that he persists with this crap, he is destroying his legacy as one of Australia's greatest ever players...

They're the ones riding every play and riding every call, thinking every single thing makes this huge difference.
Boti hit the nail on this one. If you call this behaviour as normal, "its just me and how I roll" mindset, then its time for a career change and probably not into professional poker. If you don't get it then don't bother, you're wasting everyone's time. Shameless.

Correct, it's nothing new. It is an issue, however, and exactly what Boti was alluding to: Gaze's players have largely tuned him out because he has too much to say and is overly emotional.

I know he is a small forward at the AIS.
Would he be the best player at the AIS?
How tall is he, etc.
