I don't want to discredit or invalidate Ingram's first game for the Lakers, I fulyl admit I couldn't hit a NBA 3 pointer to save my life let alone 11 points and get some rebounds.
However, at the very end of the season we will get more of these anomalies when teams rest stars and games have less meaning (depending on their standing).
I recall Jordan McRae scoring 36 points 2 years ago.

No not anyone can but scrubs like MarShon Brooks can be plucked out of the D-League and then become the first player in Grizzlies history to have three 20 point games in his first three games with the team lol

Yeah anyone can put up big numbers in the NBA because the defence there is not that great

Half time: in 14min has a team high 11 points on 100% shooting (2/2 from deep) and has 2 rebounds

greatest wildcat of all-time

Maybe he is like that Houston rockets player who couldn’t play in the nba as he was scared of flying. Maybe something similar but I’m guessing g-league guys travel bu plane a lot

Criminal record therefore won't be granted a visa overseas? Somehow got into Aus but the authorities realised afterwards? Would explain the lack of overseas career.

Because the Wildcats preferred a guy called Cotton. Best to leave it at that.
When faced with a choice of Jaron Johnson or Andrew Ingram or Cotton, wouldn't 8 out of 8 teams choose Door #3?

The official statement was Ingram was experiencing some personal issues and wished to return to his family back in the US. The Wildcats let him go only to re-activate Johnson which raised a lot of eyebrows here.

he shot 48% from 3pt - what have you done?

Is this the bloke who played like 2 games for Perth the other year, then just disappeared, in fairly suspect circumstances?

Well, we're theoretically half way through the 2011-12 NBL season and Round 12 didn't really pull any surprises either attendance wise or on court.....unless you count the Wildcats vs Breakers game. Kinda expected a Perth win, just not a 24 point hiding. With all games on Friday, just 2 days out from Christmas crowds weren't bad really.
Tigers vs Taipans - 3,217 @ SNC (92%)
Kings vs Crocodiles - 5,435 @ SEC (52%)
Blaze vs 36ers - 3,280 @ GCCC (62%)
Wildcats vs Breakers - 4,400 @ CS (98%)
Not a sellout at the league's smallest venue but considering the Tigers recent form and again the Christmas factor, not a bad crowd at the State Netball Centre.
After Sydney's last few home games and the less than healthy crowds, it was good to see almost 5,500 to the game against the Crocs. The smallest crowd/capacity percentage of the round and the biggest crowd by over a thousand. Not bad IMO and well done to the Kings fans who showed.
Not the Blaze's smallest home crowd of the season (that was strangely against fellow Qld team Townsville) and only slightly smaller than their season average at The Furnace (discounting the game in Brisbane) which is 3,310. Not really better or worse.....but not Wollongong worse.
Despite the failure of just 100 people not to attend the top of the table clash, it was yet another good crowd in Perth and like the sad events on the GC, the home team turned it on for their fans. And on that, well done to the Wildcats, so far this year they are the only team to not draw less than 4,000 to a home game. Well, at least they haven't drawn under "approximately" 4,000.
So at the season's half way point only Melbourne have posted capacity crowds (hardly surprising in the NBL's smallest venue). Cairns crowds continue to embarrass bigger markets. Adelaide continues to (save the Hawks game) draw well despite a less than satisfactory team performance while the NBL should be concerned with continuing small crowds in Townsville, the Gold Coast and especially Wollongong. And TBH despite posting 2 capacity crowds, I'd be concerned that the Tigers aren't drawing closer to 3,500 every home game. Melbourne is the league's 2nd biggest market yet they struggle to draw a home crowd.
