Seating Saga All Star Weekend
It looks like Boti's column wasn't run, obviously The Tiser had space problems, and could only run his feature, rather than the columna s well.
I am sure it will be a great turn out, looking forward to seeing some great games.

I cannot answer the question on how many tickets have been sold as I cannot get an answer.
We are looking at having the same amount of spectators as were at the Sturt/Mavs final, and everybody could see the game then. If more show up then that, then yes, we will have to have a closed house sign. My apologise for that, my main concern has been that no one shows up, and it still is a concern as the only advertising that's been done has been on this site. I haven't had a chance to visit all the stadiums, but posters were given to all the clubs, how many are actually up? I am also awaiting Boti's column tomorrow as well.
I know this doesn't sound right, but I would rather turn people away then have an empty house. Those people turned away would play a very important part in securing a permanent date, whether mid season or end season, for an annual all star weekend and would also help in securing a venue that will cater for all and most importantly help out a charity and ALL the clubs financially.
Hope this has answered your questions.

Stadium management was in the loop. When the seating was being talked about, management was told and games schedules for that day were moved to another stadium, I was assured of that. If you want to insinuate that people at BASA do not keep the stadium management informed, so be it. As a matter of fact one of the organisors of this event spoke directly to the stadium manager about the all star event.
Player, if you are the one upset about missing your social game, did you know that the stadium is used on Sunday, after our event, for other games that aren't social? Did management tell you that?

that's cool - do your best - let's make this a regular fixture - and progessively build it up. Anything to get the floors fixed up at pasadena is a must.
To pay thousands of dollars and end up with floor problems like thay have at Pasadena is total lack of quality control by the builder or planner.
We need 20-30 years out of that stadium - let's get it right for our future.
