Best Young Talent in the NBL
McCarron is not too good for the NBL. He is very talented, but with his numbers last year, I actually feel like he underachieved as he was a primary scoring option.

And yeah Froling and McVeigh for Adelaide. If you include those 2 then Adelaide has 7 locals with an average age of maybe 24.
Moller has plenty of potential for United, he's 23. Smith-Milner is 22 and also showed a bit last season. Trist is 25 and had a decorated college career followed by 3 seasons in pro ball. So who knows how he goes in NBL, but those 3 all look capable of being long term NBL contributors.

Depends what you call young
Adelaide has Creek/Johnson/Sobey/Deng/Drmic with an average age of about 26. To me, that’s still relatively young. Deng in particular has plenty of upside.
The most talented Aussie group in the NBL is the Kings- Bogut/Lisch/Newley/Kickert/Blanchfield. But their average age is about 32. Bogut and Newley will turn 34 during the season, Kickert’s 35 in a few weeks.

Naar and Moller plus Jurlina kings dp and at present playing for marlins all great young talents that went through the Sydney boys high school. Great program run there.

Lets say 25 years and under...don't want to exclude guys like Naar, Froling but also want to include guys like Kay, Norton etc.

His names popped up a few times lately and just read a good article on Al on the NBL website. Thought he was in China but turns out he's doing well for himself in Japan. Good on him, miss his cowboy boots and personality with the Tigers
